You can’t beat these sweet homemade treats!

True, you could just buy a box of popsicles from the grocery store. But with so many containing artificial colors and tons of sugar, why not try your hand at making your own? Ours are super easy to make and only contain fruit and coconut milk — eliminating artificial additives and added sugars — making them deliciously good sources of vitamin C and healthy fatty acids.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup raspberries, rinsed
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple, raspberries and coconut milk together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Fill disposable paper cups or popsicle molds 3/4 of the way full.
  3. If using paper cups, cover with foil and poke a wooden popsicle stick through center of foil, so the stick stands straight up. If using molds, put lids on.
  4. Freeze for about 5 hours.
  5. Once frozen, remove foil and peel off paper cup, or remove the popsicle from its mold.
  6. Enjoy.
