Ingredient health benefits

  • Water: Have you ever heard the Gen Z phrase, “hydrate or die-drate?” Either way, there’s some truth to this statement. Your body is made up of 60% water, so getting enough in a day is very important. Water helps maintain many essential aspects of your health — like keeping your “movements” smooth and your skin radiant — so you can look and feel your best every day!
  • Lime juice: They may be sour, but limes are loaded with perks to sweeten the deal. They have vitamin A, B vitamins and vitamin C. These nutrients are responsible for head-to-toe benefits, from supporting your vision to strengthening your immune system. Vitamin D, magnesium and calcium work together to promote good bone health. Limes are also an unexpected source of potassium, which helps regulate your blood pressure and keeps your ticker ticking.
