Recipe: Jicama Chips
Swap tortilla chips for this crunchy veggie alternative

Have you tried jicama? This Mexican export is a crunchy, white-fleshed root vegetable with the texture of an apple. The mild flavor and texture make it a great alternative to tortilla chips and perfect for following your low-carb or keto diets.
Mix jicama chips with regular tortilla chips to offer party guests a healthier option with just as satisfying a crunch.
